Orange Custard a.. 1/3 cup sugar b.. 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. cornstarch c.. 3 eggs d.. 1-2/3 cups orange juice Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Blend in the eggs and then the orange juice. Cook over low heat (do not boil) until smooth and thickened. Portion into dessert dishes. Chill immediately.
