Almond Joy Brownies 1 (1 lb. 3.8 oz.) pkg. Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1/2 c. canola oil 1/4 c. buttermilk 2. cups sweetened coconut flakes, divided 3 (1.76 oz.) pkg. Almond Joy candy bars 1-1/2 cup canned chocolate frosting Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan. In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix, eggs, oil, buttermilk and extract until combined. Stir in 1 cup coconut. Coarsely chop Almond Joy candy bars and stir into batter. Spread in pan. Bake 70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Cool in pan on rack. Spread frosting over top of cooled brownies. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
